1. nillgiri.com operates as a dropshipping eCommerce platform.
2. Products are sourced from AliExpress suppliers and shipped directly to customers in Saudi Arabia (KSA) and the United Arab Emirates (UAE).
3. Delivery is handled by supplier-provided courier services.

2. Orders & Customer Responsibility

1. Customers must provide accurate name, phone number, and delivery address.
2. Incorrect or incomplete information may result in delivery failure, for which nillgiri.com will not be responsible.
3. Order confirmation does not guarantee immediate shipment and is subject to supplier availability.

3. Pricing & Product Information

1. Product prices and availability may change without prior notice.
2. Product images are for reference only; slight variations may occur.
3. In case of pricing or listing errors, we reserve the right to cancel or adjust the order.

4. Payment Terms

1. Payment is accepted only via Offline Bank Transfer.
2. Payments are made to a personal bank account.
3. Customers must submit valid payment proof.
4. Orders will not be processed until payment is confirmed.

5. Shipping & Delivery

1. Orders are shipped using AliExpress supplier-designated courier services.
2. Estimated delivery time: 10–25 business days (may vary).
3. Delays caused by customs, courier, or force majeure events are beyond our control.

6. Returns, Refunds & Cancellations

1. A 7-day return policy applies to eligible products.
2. Certain items are non-returnable; however, 50% refund may be provided if a valid issue is confirmed.
3. Used, damaged, or refused deliveries may not be eligible for refund.
4. Refunds are processed within 7–14 business days.

7. Refused & Failed Deliveries

1. Orders refused by customers may not be refunded.
2. Re-delivery may require additional charges.

8. Intellectual Property

1. All content on nillgiri.com including text, images, logos, and design is the property of nillgiri.com.
2. Unauthorized reproduction or commercial use is strictly prohibited.

9. Limitation of Liability

1. nillgiri.com shall not be liable for indirect or consequential damages.
2. We are not responsible for supplier or courier-related issues beyond our control.

10. Governing Law

1. These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of Saudi Arabia and the UAE.
2. Any disputes shall fall under the jurisdiction of the relevant courts.

1. نموذج العمل

1. يعمل موقع nillgiri.com كنظام تجارة إلكترونية بنظام الدروب شيبينغ.
2. يتم توفير المنتجات من موردي AliExpress وشحنها مباشرة إلى العملاء في المملكة العربية السعودية ودولة الإمارات العربية المتحدة.

2. الطلبات ومسؤولية العميل

1. يجب على العميل تقديم معلومات صحيحة وكاملة.
2. أي خطأ في العنوان أو بيانات الاتصال قد يؤدي إلى فشل التوصيل دون مسؤولية على الموقع.

3. الأسعار ومعلومات المنتجات

1. الأسعار وتوفر المنتجات قابلة للتغيير دون إشعار مسبق.
2. صور المنتجات للعرض فقط وقد تختلف قليلاً عن المنتج الفعلي.

4. شروط الدفع

1. يتم قبول الدفع فقط عبر التحويل البنكي المباشر.
2. يتم التحويل إلى حساب بنكي شخصي.
3. لا يتم تنفيذ الطلب قبل تأكيد الدفع.

5. الشحن والتوصيل

1. يتم الشحن عبر شركات الشحن المعتمدة من موردي AliExpress.
2. مدة التوصيل المتوقعة من 10 إلى 25 يوم عمل.
3. التأخير الناتج عن الجمارك أو شركات الشحن خارج عن سيطرتنا.

6. الإرجاع والاسترداد

1. يحق للعميل الإرجاع خلال 7 أيام للمنتجات المؤهلة.
2. بعض المنتجات غير قابلة للإرجاع، وفي حال وجود مشكلة مثبتة يتم استرداد 50٪ من المبلغ.
3. المنتجات المستخدمة أو الطلبات المرفوضة قد لا تكون مؤهلة للاسترداد.

7. الطلبات المرفوضة

1. في حال رفض استلام الطلب، قد لا يتم تقديم أي استرداد.
2. قد يتم فرض رسوم إضافية لإعادة التوصيل.

8. الملكية الفكرية

1. جميع محتويات الموقع مملوكة لـ nillgiri.com.
2. يمنع النسخ أو الاستخدام التجاري دون إذن خطي.

9. تحديد المسؤولية

1. الموقع غير مسؤول عن أي أضرار غير مباشرة.
